Terms and Conditions xe8 — Platform Usage Guidelines

Xe8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member account at any time where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the request of the relevant authorities.

If your account is suspended or closed due to a terms violation, xe8 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including unclaimed winnings. If the closure is at the member's own request or for reasons unrelated to a violation, eligible funds will be returned once all conditions have been met.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the xe8 support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.

To the extent permitted by law, xe8 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to:
